## Know what the kit includes

The Cafe Hour marketing kit is a sharing bundle for one event. Lithi prepares the event listing, poster, QR code, and sharing copy.

You choose the cafe, time, seats, and audience. You review every item before you use it.

## Check each item

Confirm the cafe name, date, start time, guest limit, and contact details. Fix any fact that is wrong. Change words that do not sound like you.

The kit may include:

- an event listing draft;
- a local Facebook group post;
- a short LinkedIn post;
- poster and QR materials;
- a warm invite for someone who knows you.

Keep private records, passwords, and tokens out of the materials.

## Share each item yourself

Copy and paste an approved item into your own account. Check a Facebook group’s rules before you share there. Post on LinkedIn from your own account.

Ask the cafe before you print or place a poster. Send a warm invite only to someone who already knows you. Do not send one cold message to a large list.

Nothing posts or sends by itself. Skip any item that does not fit the place, audience, or event.

## Hand off to the Cafe Hour

Keep the final details close at hand while you host. Welcome each guest, show the Lithi apps, and answer questions at a calm pace.

A guest can look, ask, or leave. They do not have to sign up.

After the hour, choose each follow-up separately. A reply pauses that follow-up for review, while a no, opt-out, or complaint stops it.
