## Start with your experience

You choose what to share from your work history. This can include roles, industries, skills, client work, relationships, or local context.

Lithi uses only the experience you select for this work. You can change that selection before reviewing another match.

Choose details that help you judge a real business talk. Leave out protected traits, private talks, and personal facts that do not help.

## Read why it matched

Lithi shows one local business that may fit. The match note links your chosen experience to its location and public facts.

A useful explanation answers three questions:

- Which part of your experience matters?
- Which public fact supports the match?
- What still needs your judgment?

The match may fit. It does not promise a reply, a sale, or a client. It does not give you ownership or an exclusive area.

Lithi favors a relevant nearby business when the evidence supports it. It does not promise the nearest business or a match within a fixed distance.

## Check the proof

Check the business name, location, source, and date. Make sure the experience shown is yours and still relevant.

The business brief may include a business or tech signal. Each signal needs a public source and date.

A signal can help you start a useful talk. It does not prove need, spend, or intent to buy.

Check why each selected person appears in the plan. Their public role should connect to the match reason. The plan should not include people without a clear role-based reason.

Request source review when a fact looks wrong, old, or unrelated. You can also decline the match or change the experience you selected.

You can accept the match, ask for a source check, or decline it. Next, read what it means to take responsibility for the business before you build or approve a plan.
