## One Connector is responsible

Each business has one responsible Connector at a time. That person reviews the current plan, checks the context, and chooses whether work can continue.

This clear role prevents two people from preparing competing approaches. It also gives each decision a visible person to review.

Responsibility is about coordination. You do not control the business, its people, or a relationship you have not built. It does not reserve a business or territory.

## What the responsible Connector checks

Review the business, the Local Business Outreach Plan, and the stop rules. Check why the match fits your selected experience. Then check the selected people, proposed actions, timing, and evidence.

Pause when the fit is unclear, the evidence conflicts, or a reply changes the context. A match invites review. It does not require you to continue.

## How a handoff works

A handoff moves responsibility from one Connector to another. Use the named handoff path and check that the new Connector can see the current business, plan, and stop rules.

Pause until the new responsibility is visible. Do not continue from an old page, copied note, or silent assumption. A clear handoff keeps the next decision in one place.

## When views disagree

If two views name different people, stop. Compare the responsibility shown in the current Connect view. Do not choose the more convenient view.

If the handoff seems complete but the old Connector still sees responsibility, keep both workflows paused. Share the business, the two visible states, and the displayed next step. Leave out private messages and unnecessary personal details.

Responsibility can also end or expire. Review the business again through the current path before anyone continues.
