# Review a plan

## Open the person and their plan

In My Network, choose Review plans and open the invitation you want to check. The plan brings the person, your message, any follow-ups, and the timing into one review.

Start with one person before reviewing a group. A personal invitation should make sense to both of you.

## Choose the message that sounds like you

1. Check the person's name and why Lithi thinks sharing a Mac may interest them.
2. Read the recommended opening and compare the alternatives.
3. Choose one approach, then edit any wording you would not use yourself. Dots or arrows only browse alternatives. **Use this draft** saves a choice where offered; **Back to chosen draft** returns to the saved message. Check that your edits remain before leaving the review.
4. Read the follow-ups for that saved choice. Keep only details you know are right. Changed opening copy needs current follow-ups and a new complete review, not approval of follow-ups prepared for an older draft.

For example, a colleague who manages office Macs needs a different introduction from a friend with one Mac at home. A past conversation can help explain the difference; a guessed fact cannot.

Check any offered link or attachment before approval. If an expected attachment is missing, leave the plan unapproved rather than assuming it will be added later.

## Check the account and schedule

Confirm the exact email address under Send from, or the connected LinkedIn account for a supported LinkedIn plan. Keep LinkedIn invitations within your existing connections.

Read the first message and follow-ups in order. Check the dates, times, timezone, and the maximum number of messages you are approving.

When reviewing several people, choose Review selected plans and check every included plan. The review states the people, maximum messages, scheduled windows, sender, and approval expiry. Use Review individually or Remove from this approval to narrow it. Select visible eligible plans does not mean every person in your network or future people added later.

## Understand what approval does

The Email review's approval button states how many plans it will approve and schedule. It approves each complete chosen plan, not just the first message or the alternative last previewed. The exact reviewed messages may then send within their approved windows without another click. A supported LinkedIn plan has its own account-bound review; do not assume a missing approval control is available.

Replies, link engagement, opt-out or do-not-contact requests, bounces, complaints, stale or revoked plans, and identity or policy changes stop remaining messages. Choosing optional learning is not approval to send; declining it does not block otherwise permitted sending.

Changing the person, account, message, attachment, or timing returns the plan to review. Your earlier approval does not cover the change.

Some versions instead hand a draft to Mail for you to send. Follow the action your app actually offers; do not schedule and manually send the same invitation.

## If something needs attention

Leave an unclear or incomplete plan unapproved. Correct the detail, reconnect the account if asked, then review the updated plan. A missing final link, changed sender, expiry, or already-approved plan cannot be fixed by repeatedly pressing approval. Close the stale review and reopen the current plan.

After approval, check the person's status in Review plans. Scheduled means it is waiting to send; it is not confirmation that the person received a message.
