Review reply drafts in Today, make one clear human decision, save only when the wording is ready, and choose Send separately in Mail.

## Find your next decision

Select **Today** in EmailOS. The **Drafts** workspace shows replies waiting for you. A scope line counts the visible queue.

**No drafts waiting on you right now** means the queue is clear; a search with no matches means only that search found nothing.

The queue groups items as **Needs review**, **Needs attention**, and **Completed**. A completed item is history, not an instruction to send.

## Read the draft

Select a row and read the full **Draft reply** with its message. Check the recipient, context, names, dates, and commitments. Compare important details with the visible source before you decide.

**Ready** means the item is ready for your review. **Needs recheck** means the source is more than seven days old; check it again before saving. If a source or address is unavailable, pause rather than guessing.

## Edit or skip

Choose **Edit** when the reply needs a correction or clearer next step. Read the whole draft again after changing it.

Choose **Skip** when the draft is no longer relevant or should remain unsent. Skipping does not send, delete, or rewrite the incoming message. If you are unsure, leave the item for review.

Today has no approve-and-send shortcut. Editing and skipping are draft decisions. A person chooses any later send action.

## Save, then send

When the wording is ready, choose **Save to Mail Drafts**. Confirm the recipient and final text. EmailOS saves one draft; it does not send.

Open Mail, review the saved draft, and choose **Send** only when you are satisfied. **Saved** means saved to Mail Drafts, not sent.

If a save is cancelled, Mail was not changed. If the app asks for a manual check, inspect Mail before trying again so you do not create a duplicate.

## Handle blocked items

**Blocked** means the save stopped before Mail changed. **Saving** means a local save is in progress. **Needs manual check** means Mail may already contain the draft, so inspect Mail before retrying.

**Source evidence is incomplete** means the draft cannot be saved yet. **The source changed in Mail** means refresh it before saving. Keep private email, draft text, credentials, and tokens out of support requests.

## Search the queue

Use **Search drafts** to narrow the list by subject. Clear the search to restore the queue. Filters change what you see, not the draft itself.

Status filters include **Ready**, **Needs recheck**, **Blocked**, **Saving**, **Saved**, **Skipped**, and **Needs manual check**. Age filters include **Today**, **This week**, and **Older**.

If the list looks empty, check the search and filters. When EmailOS asks for an account, choose the local account whose replies you intend to review.

## Check setup status

The cards above the queue show local setup, plan, and team context. **Getting set up** may say **Setting up**, **Needs your unlock**, **Ready**, or **Needs attention**.

Your plan is administration context, not proof that a draft is ready or that a send will complete. Resolve local setup in EmailOS, then return to Today and check the queue again.

Today is a short review loop: read the evidence, make one decision, and leave the next state visible. If the evidence does not support a safe action, stop and ask the conversation owner.
