## Check the visible status

Open the job or batch and read its current status and any message shown. A status of waiting is different from a status of failed.

Note the exact wording of any error before you try anything else.

## If the job was refused

A job can be refused for a missing approval, an expired quote, or a limit on your account. The refusal names the specific cause.

Fix the named cause, then submit the same work again.

## If the job looks stuck

Some work takes longer than others, and a busy period can add a short wait. Check the status again after a few minutes before assuming it failed.

A job that stays in the same state for an unusually long time is worth reporting.

## Report a job that will not run

Share the job or batch reference, the exact status or error text, and when you submitted it. Do not share file contents or private data in your message.
