## Check the job status first

A result only appears after its job or batch shows as complete. An in-progress job has no result yet.

Open the job and confirm its current status before looking for a result.

## If the file will not download

Try the download again from the same result page. A slow or interrupted connection can stop a large file partway through.

Check that your device has enough free space for the file.

## If the result looks incomplete

Compare the result against what the job was asked to do. An incomplete result can mean the job partially failed even though it shows as done.

Report the mismatch with the job reference rather than resubmitting right away.

## Understand your receipt

Every completed job carries a receipt reference. It records what ran and what the result contains, without exposing your private data.
