## Check your scheduled time

Open your Cafe Hour details and confirm the date, time, and location or link. A Cafe Hour can be in person or online, so check which one you planned.

Confirm the time zone if you are unsure.

## If plans change

Update or cancel your Cafe Hour as early as you can once you know your plans have changed. Let any confirmed guests know directly if the change is close to the scheduled time.

## If a technical problem comes up

For an online Cafe Hour, check your connection and the link before the scheduled time. For an in-person one, confirm the location is accessible and ready.

A short delay is usually easier to manage than a late cancellation.
