## Review before you act

Open your current plan and confirm the actor, account, business, and person for this step. Approval applies only to the plan as it stands today.

A changed person, purpose, wording, or a reply, complaint, or do-not-contact request means pause and review again.

## Check the source and destination

Read the public source behind the suggested step and confirm it is current and relevant. Confirm the destination matches the intended person and account before continuing.

Stop if the destination or context does not clearly match.

## Check the wording

Read the prepared wording in full before you send anything. Edit anything that is not accurate or true to your voice, and remove any claim you cannot support.

You make the final choice on every invitation you send.

## If something already went wrong

Stop further action on the affected plan step. Note what was sent, to whom, and when, then contact Lithi with those details.
