## What stays on your Mac

Lithi keeps private work, personal messages, and unrelated files on your own Mac. Only what a task needs is used, and you keep visibility into what your Mac does.

## Check consent before an action

For any local business outreach action, confirm the current relationship and consent context before you continue. Do not treat silence or an old interaction as permission for a new step.

This check supports careful work; it does not decide what is appropriate for every situation.

## Requesting your data

Ask Lithi about the data associated with your Connect account, including what is collected and how long it is kept. Include your account details so the request can be matched correctly.

## Report a privacy concern

Describe what you saw, when, and which account or device was involved. Leave out private message content, customer records, and credentials from your report.
