# Refunds

This page restates how refunds, cancellations and invoices work for Learn with Lithi. The [Terms of Service](/legal/terms) are the governing text, and this page adds no terms to them.

## Class tickets

A full refund of a class ticket is available up to 7 days before the class. Ask on Eventbrite, which takes the payment and sends your receipt.

After that, the ticket can go to another attendee: on Eventbrite before the place is claimed, and through Lithi support after.

A refund ends the course access and class place that the ticket gave you. It does not remove what you already installed or set up on your own computer.

## Everything else you buy on lithi.ai

For the online course, Lithi Business OS, team seats and existing add-on purchases, the Terms do not set a separate refund window. To ask about a refund or a cancellation, email billing@lithi.ai. Say which purchase you mean and the email address on the order.

When a refund is made, it ends only the access that purchase gave you. What you set up on your own computer stays there.

The course kit and Lithi Business OS follow their licence: yours to keep, with no Lithi subscription. You use your own Claude plan and pay any connected-service charges separately.

## Existing Aftercare subscriptions

You can cancel an existing monthly Aftercare subscription at any time, and nothing you set up stops working.

## Invoices

Lithi Technologies LLC issues an itemised invoice for a course purchase. A purchase on lithi.ai gets its invoice with the payment. A refunded or cancelled place is not invoiced.
