Plan and host a Lithi Cafe Hour
Plan and host one Lithi Cafe Hour: choose a place and time, review the invite, welcome guests, and choose a respectful follow-up for each person.

Plan the hour
A Cafe Hour is a relaxed one-hour local demonstration. You choose the place, time, and seats. Lithi helps prepare the details.
Ask the cafe before you use its name or place a poster. Check the date, start time, and guest limit before you share an invite.
Review and share the invite
Use the Cafe Hour marketing kit to check the event listing, poster, QR code, and sharing copy. Read each item and fix facts that are wrong.
Share from your own account. Follow local group rules.
Invite people who know you with a short, personal note. Do not send one cold message to a large list.
Host a calm demonstration
Welcome each guest and ask what they want to see. Show the Mac and iPhone apps at a steady pace, then answer questions.
A guest may look, ask, or leave. They do not have to sign up.
Help with setup only when they ask. Never ask for a password, token, or private client record.
Choose each follow-up
After the hour, review who registered and who came along. Save only a useful note the person agreed to share. Keep health details, protected traits, and private client records out of notes.
Registration is not permission for future marketing. Ask each choice separately: product follow-up, trial help, or another Cafe Hour. Each choice is Yes or No.
Lithi prepares a draft with a title, message, and reason. You review, copy, send, or skip it.
A reply pauses the remaining follow-up for review. A no, opt-out, or complaint stops it.
Keep the outcome honest
The sample journey may show registration, attendance, trial activity, or a customer state. These are examples, not promises of attendance, adoption, or income.
