Fix a Lithi Connect problem

An account message looks wrong

Read the current message while signed in with your usual Lithi Connect account. Do not create another account or share credentials.

If the message remains unclear, note the page, visible wording, and approximate time. Keep private conversation content out of your note.

A plan does not fit

Compare the current organization, person, evidence, and proposed action. Pause when a plan is missing, stale, or inconsistent.

If the details still conflict, note the specific card or question. Do not continue from a forwarded draft or make a duplicate organization.

The timing or owner looks wrong

Read the approved order, date window, business-hour guidance, contact cap, and current owner. Keep a waiting or capped step paused.

If two views disagree, use the more cautious view. Note the route, visible state, and approximate time. Do not invent a new timing or owner.

A prepared action will not open

Reopen the displayed action once and check its recipient, wording, evidence, and scope. A prepared action is not a completed provider action.

If it remains unavailable or unclear, stop trying. Keep the visible issue and safe next question for support.

A reply or stop request arrives

Pause and read the reply in context. A do-not-contact request or complaint stops the affected work, even after an earlier approval.

Do not send another message or start another sequence. Keep a bounded description of the visible state and the request.

Earnings information looks different

Compare the displayed amount, status, organization, and plan with the current account view. Do not rely on an old screenshot or copied date.

If a detail is missing or does not match, keep private financial records out of your note. Share only the visible problem through the Help hub.
