Widget Cookies
The Lithi chatbot widget embedded on tenant websites does not set any cookies. It uses localStorage for conversation persistence on the visitor’s device. When embedded on Shopify, WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, or Webflow, the widget script does not set cookies on the merchant’s domain; session data is stored in the iframe’s lithi.ai origin using localStorage, and merchant storefront cookies are not accessed or modified.
