What makes revenue eligible
An earning starts when a client subscription payment clears and meets the current eligibility terms. Lithi links that revenue to your credited work, then records the client, eligible amount, calculation, and status.
Refunds, credits, taxes, corrections, role changes, or updated eligibility can change a line. Check the reason shown in your earnings record before relying on an amount.
Direct earnings
Direct earnings equal 30% of eligible client subscription revenue linked to your work. In a simple example, 10 licensed Macs at $150 monthly produce $1,500 in client subscription revenue.
If the full amount is eligible and clears, your Direct earnings are $450. This example explains the math; it is not guaranteed income.
Recruitment earnings
Recruitment earnings equal 30% of one recruited Connector's eligible Direct earnings. Lithi pays this amount from its remainder, so the recruited Connector keeps the full Direct amount.
Recruitment stops after one recruited Connector and never compounds through another layer. For supporting math only, that rate is equivalent to 9% of the underlying eligible revenue.
Read each payout state
| State | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Waiting | Eligibility or clearing is not complete. |
| Ready | Current checks support the displayed amount. Ready is not proof of transfer. |
| Paid | The record says the payout was completed. |
| Held | The payout is paused while a stated condition or review is resolved. |
| Adjusted | The amount changed after a refund, credit, correction, or other recorded reason. |
Mercury is the only payout rail for Connector earnings. Stripe is inbound only for client subscription payments; it does not pay Connectors. Timing depends on eligibility, clearing, and current payout terms.
Mac sharing is separate
Mac contribution is optional and unpaid. It can support approved Lithi Agent Network work, but it does not create Direct earnings or Recruitment earnings.
Private relationship work, including email, contacts, and notes, stays on the owner's Mac. The Lithi Agent Network receives only approved, non-private task data. These boundaries are separate from your earnings calculation.
Check one line
Open the sample account or your earnings page and check one line. Review the client, eligible revenue, calculation, and current status. If something still looks wrong, follow the displayed next action and share only a customer reference, redacted amount, status, and approximate time with support.
Never send bank details, tax IDs, passwords, tokens, private customer content, or identity documents.
