How your outreach steps are timed
Understand the order, pacing, limits, and stop points that shape each approved outreach plan.

See the order
An approved plan puts each person's actions in a clear order. The sequence shows what comes first, what waits, and what depends on a reply or another step.
Likes, comments, connection requests, and follow-ups stay separate. Each action keeps its person, purpose, wording, and reason visible.
Read each timing window
Each step has a date window, timezone, and business-hour guidance. The window tells you when to consider the action. It does not promise a reply or outcome.
Check the displayed timezone before you act. Keep the action inside its window and contact limit. Do not pull a step forward or create another plan around a limit.
If a window or limit is unclear, leave the step paused. Review the visible details and ask for help.
Follow the pacing
Pacing gives the person time to respond before another step becomes due. A wait is not an action. A branch or expected reply is not permission to add a new message.
Keep the sequence together as approved. Unchanged steps do not need another approval. A different person, purpose, wording, action, or timing window is a material change.
Know when it stops
A reply checkpoint pauses the remaining sequence. A do-not-contact request, complaint, or material change pauses it too.
Stop before acting when the prepared step no longer matches the approved plan. Read the new context and choose whether to end the work or review a changed plan.
Lithi prepares and guides the sequence. You check the current context and perform each provider action yourself.
