Reconcile a Mac-provider payout
Match provider payout records with the correct statement and units, distinguish payment status from reconciliation, and recover uncertainty without initiating another payment.
Compare a payment record with the earnings it settles
Payout reconciliation checks whether a recorded payment matches the provider earnings it is meant to settle. It does not initiate a payment. A statement, an amount ready to pay, a payment request, and a completed payout are separate records or states.
Open Provider finance sync using your own authorized provider account. Find Compute payout reconciliation beneath Mac earnings and payout reconciliation. Do not use the Connect earnings overview or a customer invoice as a substitute.
Read status, reconciliation, and the next action together
Check the payout's Amount and currency, then read Status, Reconciliation, and Next action. Status reports the current payment read-back; reconciliation describes whether that payment agrees with the earnings records. One can require attention even when the other looks complete.
Match the authorized statement or payment reference where available. Compare the same account, period, currency, and unit, allowing for recorded adjustments. Earnings in micro-US dollars and payouts in cents cannot be compared as raw numbers. If the amount scale is unclear, obtain the source unit before deciding there is a discrepancy.
Handle an unfinished or uncertain payment
If the record is pending, processing, or unavailable, treat the outcome as unresolved. Refresh the existing read and follow its Next action. An elapsed date, a submitted request, or an external accounting label is not confirmation that money reached your bank.
Do not submit another payment because the first response was lost or the status is unknown. This portal has no action to initiate, retry, reverse, or mark a payout paid. Escalate the existing payment reference through the authorized finance path.
Handle a completed payment with a mismatch
Compare the confirmed amount with the correct net statement amount and recorded adjustments. Do not count the earnings row and the payout row as two credits. A payment can be confirmed while its reconciliation still needs investigation.
If a record reports a failure, reversal, or hold, keep that distinction. A previous Paid display does not override a later correction. Do not rewrite the statement or change a bank destination merely to make the totals agree.
Keep external bookkeeping separate
A finance-system note, exported statement, or paid flag in an external ledger does not change Lithi's payment record. Likewise, provider earnings are not automatically netted against customer Compute costs. Each needs its own authorized accounting treatment.
For support, provide the safe payout or statement reference, period, currency, amount unit, visible Status and Reconciliation, and the last time you checked. Remove bank account details, credentials, and unrelated customer records. An unavailable read remains unresolved until current evidence answers it.
