How your data stays yours

Lithi gives you the setup and the code. Your email, files and customer data stay in your own accounts, and Claude only saves drafts for you to send.

Your email stays in your email

Claude reads your email in your own account. Lithi never stores or reads it.

Drafts only, by design

Claude can save drafts. It can't send. You review and send every message.

Your knowledge base is yours

It lives in your Claude workspace, so you can export or delete it whenever you choose.

Your texts and leads, your database

If you add the SMS or website assistant tools, the messages and leads they collect are saved in your own Twilio account and your own database.

What Lithi does see

To help you, Lithi and your class team see your account, your purchases and your setup steps: step names, their state, problem codes, timing, your computer type and the kit version. In a class, your seat is shown to your class team.

Lithi never sees your email, documents, chats, contacts, file names or passwords. A help request carries a reason and your current step. A message is sent only if you type one.
