Community Hour help
What to do when a Community Hour venue changes, a link opens the wrong page, or a guest's setup is not finished.
The venue changed or has not approved the session
Check the venue, date, time and time zone first. If the venue has not agreed to host the session, do not publish it as confirmed or use the venue's name as though permission exists.
If a confirmed venue changes, update the event and tell invited guests directly. Changing the event record does not prove every guest received the update.
If any event detail remains unclear, keep the session unconfirmed until the host has agreed to the current details.
A link or QR code opens the wrong page
Open it yourself before sharing it again. Check whether it leads to the intended event page, official Lithi download or another reviewed destination.
An event link is not automatically a provider-setup link. Use the official provider path when someone wants to join.
A guest received the installer but is not set up
Moving a file is not enrollment. The guest still uses their own account, chooses their own permissions and working times, and completes provider setup on their Mac.
Do not copy your signed-in Lithi data, device identity or credentials to help them finish.
A guest does not want to continue
Stop there. Attendance, a no-show, a shared link or a received installer is not permission for future messages.

Escalate with safe context
Keep the event name, venue, approximate time, app version and visible notice. Remove guest lists, private messages, credentials and unrelated personal information before contacting support.
