Invitation help
How to fix a missing draft, a sender or LinkedIn account problem, or an uncertain send, without overriding replies or opt-outs.
No people or drafts appear
Open My Network and check the local-source permission you chose. Scan my email network reads local headers; it does not approve sending. Confirm the intended enabled Apple Mail account and the exact Send from address. Do not broaden access to unrelated files just to fill an empty list.
In Review plans, clear an unexpected search or choose All people. When Generate complete plan is offered, prepare one permitted person's plan and read why it was recommended before approving anything.
LinkedIn is missing or needs reconnecting
LinkedIn is optional and only applies where the app offers the supported path. It uses the intended Classic account and current first-degree connections, not new connection requests or InMail. Follow the exact reconnect notice or leave that plan unapproved. Do not switch an existing plan to another account or channel to bypass a refusal.
The wrong draft is shown or approval is disabled
Browsing dots or arrows does not choose a draft. Choose Use this draft where offered, then Back to chosen draft to confirm the saved message and your edits. Check the follow-ups for the same choice.
Open Review selected plans and inspect sender, people, final links, messages, scheduled windows, and expiry. A changed, expired, incomplete, or already-approved plan needs current review, not repeated approval clicks. Optional learning is a separate choice, not the missing send approval.
Binding needed or Send needs review appears
For Binding needed, inspect the same plan and use Retry binding where offered. That does not give permission to send a duplicate message. For Send needs review, check the original account's message record before deciding whether it sent.
Do not mark an uncertain message as not sent just to clear the notice. Do not schedule and manually send the same invitation. If the outcome remains unknown, leave it unresolved and report the safe plan reference.
The person replied or asked you to stop
Leave remaining follow-ups stopped. A reply, link engagement, opt-out, do-not-contact request, bounce, complaint, stale or revoked plan, or identity or policy change stops the sequence. Read the conversation before preparing anything new. A new reply needs its own review and approval; a request to stop means no further invitations.
For support, include the channel, app version, approximate time, visible status, and safe reference. Remove the recipient's address, message body, private relationship evidence, and credentials from screenshots.
