Check the visible statement

Open your current earnings statement and check the period, amount, and status shown. A statement marked pending has not settled yet.

Compare it against the Mac and account you expect it to cover.

If a payout looks wrong

Confirm which account and payout method the statement uses. One Mac, one account, and one owner are tracked separately, so check you are comparing the right ones.

A mismatch is worth reporting with the exact figures you see.

If bank details are needed

Open your payout setup and enter bank information there only. Never enter bank details, passwords, or verification codes anywhere else, including in a message to Lithi.

If a payment has not arrived

Use the authoritative payout status shown in your account rather than an external record. An outside system marked paid is an annotation, not proof of payment.

Report a missing payment with the statement period and expected amount.
